IKon Mall LLC does not set a refund on behalf of the Sellers. The Seller shall be responsible for communicating its refund policy to the Customers and issuing refunds as per our refund policy and in accordance with applicable laws. All issues related to refunds shall always be between the Customer and the Seller. We IKon Mall LLC are not liable for any refund-related claims in connection with Sellers and Sellers hereby agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless the Website in connection therewith.


How can I get my Refund?

Our refund policies are simple. You can claim your refund by:

  1. Contacting the responsible store for your purchase and requesting a refund
  2. If for any reason you would like to dispute your refund due to unjust circumstances, you can request

a higher-level review on your purchase.

Unethical order & Cancellation Policy

In case of any product purchase that is made through unethical means; by taking advantage of a technical glitch; or by misusing/ the offer terms/guidelines/codes – the particular order/s will be canceled whatsoever and iKon Mall LLC will not be liable to pay any refund to you in all such cases.

The complete refund process normally takes about 3-7 working days from the date of confirmation of refund.
